Healthy hair starts with quiet moments and intentional care.
7:00 PM — Set the Scene
- Light a few fragranced beeswax or soy candles—try neroli or sandalwood.
- Dim the lights and play this relaxing Spotify playlist.
- Tie your hair up loosely and gently detangle in sections.
7:15 PM — Pre-Treatment Scalp Cleanse
- Wet hair and stroke through The Steam Bar’s, The Scalp Shampoo in sections using the pads of your fingers, not nails.
- Focus on lifting debris and product at the root without over-cleansing.
- Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water and gently towel dry.
7:20 PM — Scalp Mask + Steam

7:50 PM — Rinse and Relax
