• In-person trichology consultations

• Online consultations

• Diagnostic assessments (e.g. scalp analysis, blood test referrals)

• Personalised hair health programmes

• Nutritional and lifestyle protocols

• Hair growth therapy guidance (e.g. Exosome Therapy, Mesotherapy)

All recommendations are based on professional training and clinical experience. However, results may vary based on individual factors and adherence to protocols.

3. Booking & Payments

All bookings are managed securely through our third-party platform (e.g. Practice Better). Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged.

We accept most major debit/credit cards through secure payment gateways. By booking, you agree to our pricing and refund terms outlined below.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Cancellations made with at least 48 hours’ notice will receive a full refund or credit.

• Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice may be subject to a 100% cancellation fee.

• Missed appointments or no-shows are non-refundable.

• You may reschedule up to 48 hours in advance via the booking platform.

5. Medical Disclaimer

Our services do not replace medical advice from your GP or specialist. We may refer you to a medical professional or request blood tests where necessary to support your treatment.

By engaging in our services, you confirm that you understand the scope of trichology and acknowledge your responsibility to disclose accurate medical information.

6. Online Consultations

Online consultations are delivered via secure, encrypted platforms. By attending an online consultation, you agree to the use of video conferencing and understand that full diagnostic accuracy may be limited compared to in-person assessments. If necessary, you may be invited for an in-person consultation at no additional charge.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on shannelwatson.com, including text, images, branding, downloads, and treatment protocols, is the property of Hair Prescription Ltd and may not be reproduced or distributed without written permission.

8. Privacy
