Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all services provided by Shannel Watson, trading as Hair Prescription Ltd, via shannelwatson.com, including online and in-person consultations.
1. Consultations & Appointments
All consultation bookings — whether in-person at Emporium Clinic or online — require full payment at the time of booking.
Cancellations & Refunds
• Cancellations with at least 48 hours’ notice:
You are entitled to a full refund or reschedule at no extra cost.
• Cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment:
You will be charged the full cost of the appointment, as this time is reserved exclusively for you and may not be rebooked at short notice.
• No-shows or same-day cancellations:
These are non-refundable and will be charged in full.
Rescheduling
You may reschedule your appointment up to 48 hours in advance through your booking confirmation or by contacting us directly at info@hairprescription.com.com.
2. Programmes & Digital Products
Due to the personalised nature of our hair health programmes, nutrition protocols, and downloadable materials:
• No refunds are issued once a programme has started or materials have been delivered.
• If you are unhappy with any aspect of your plan, please get in touch — we are committed to offering continued support and adjustments where appropriate.
3. Treatment Packages
If you purchase a package (e.g. a series of consultations or therapies):
• Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase if no sessions have been used.
• Once sessions have begun, the value of completed appointments will be deducted, and the remainder refunded at our discretion.
